  • Optional photos — images of furniture or items you upload through our booking form, used solely to prepare an accurate quote

We do not use cookies for tracking, and we do not collect payment information through this website. Payments are handled in person or over the phone.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you share with us to:

  • Respond to your quote request and schedule your cleaning appointment
  • Send appointment confirmations or reminders if you have provided an email address
  • Follow up after your service to ensure you are satisfied

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used only to provide the cleaning services you requested.

We use EmailJS to process form submissions. Form data is transmitted securely and is not stored by EmailJS beyond delivery.

3. Data Retention

We retain your contact and service information for up to 24 months to support re-booking and to honor our satisfaction guarantee. After that period, your information is deleted from our records. Any photos uploaded through the booking form are reviewed for quoting purposes only and are not retained beyond 30 days.

4. Your Rights

You may request that we delete or correct any personal information we hold about you at any time. Simply contact us and we will respond within 5 business days.

5. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect the information you share with us. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store credit card numbers or payment data on our systems.

We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
